Fortified Property Solutions is proud to begin managing Sutton Place Apartments, soon to be reintroduced as The Landing at Sutton Place. Graystoke Capital Partners completed the acquisition of the 103-unit community on May 28, marking Fortified’s second community in Wenatchee, Washington.
As part of this next chapter, the community will be refreshed with a new name and brand identity inspired by home, roots, and the natural beauty of the Wenatchee area. The name Sutton carries a special history, as the community was originally named after Sutton, the 9-year-old granddaughter of Vince and Lorrie Stimac, who developed the property. With the community located on Kansas Loop, the familiar phrase “there’s no place like home” felt like a natural connection as we looked ahead to the rebrand.
The Landing at Sutton Place is designed to feel warm, grounded, and welcoming while reflecting the quality of the community itself. The refreshed brand leans into the surrounding landscape, a sense of place, and the lifestyle residents enjoy in Wenatchee.
The community features nine residential buildings with spacious two- and three-bedroom apartment homes. Interiors include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, in-suite laundry, and ample storage. Residents also enjoy a clubhouse with fitness center, resort-style swimming pool, dog park, multi-sport court, generous parking, covered parking, and EV charging stations.
Sutton Place was built to a high-quality standard and currently holds a 5-star Google rating, with resident reviews highlighting the quiet atmosphere and spacious floor plans. We are excited to support this community in its next chapter as The Landing at Sutton Place and continue building on the strong foundation already in place.
