SERENA RHUMAN
President | Fortified Property Solutions
Serena Rhuman, President of Fortified Property Solutions, brings a dynamic blend of hands-on experience and visionary leadership to the property management industry. Serena’s career began at the front desk of a property management office, where her drive and dedication propelled her into increasingly senior roles, culminating in her position as Regional Manager overseeing large-scale renovations. Now, as President, she leads Fortified Property Solutions with a focus on operational excellence, strategic growth, and a people-first culture.
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a focus on leadership, Serena is passionate about elevating industry standards. Her ambitious goal: to manage over 10,000 units within five years while building one of the best places to work in the industry.
Originally from Redding, California, Serena moved to Idaho’s Treasure Valley at a young age and quickly embraced its close-knit community and small-town charm. Today, she and her husband, Chris, are raising four teenagers on their growing farm—home to dogs, ducks, and a steadily expanding menagerie. When she’s not leading her team, Serena enjoys escaping to the mountains with her family to camp, ride Rzrs, and kayak.
